10 good questions to ask your potential real estate agent:
- How much do you charge? How do you arrive at that amount?
- Can you justify what you charge against the service(s) you offer? Line item pricing in other words?
- What makes you unique/innovative when compared to the other (approx.) 1,400 agents in the area?
- Do you have an education and background rooted in business? How extensive is it?
- Are you a Broker or a sales agent working for a Broker?
- Do you have a second or part time job in addition to practicing real estate?
- Aside from owning a smart phone, how well do you understand and use technology as a sales tool?
- How will you drive buyer traffic to my property?
- Can I contact current references specifically about your ability to drive buyer traffic to a property?
